Hi folks! I’m Jimmy “Hammer” Jakubik. I’ve been creating craft cocktails for about 8 years – following a career in kitchens and restaurant management for several years prior. I took my love for flavors and ingredients in food and brought them into the world of creating experiences through drinks. I have lived in cities across the U.S. – from Oregon to Pennsylvania and several states in between. I enjoy bringing diversity of different regions and using techniques that I learned along the way to enhance flavors and provide a perfectly balanced cocktail.
